Donor Privacy Policy

Camp Fire USA Heart of Oklahoma Council maintains a very strict level of confidentiality regarding donors and prospective donors, and does not provide information including:

  • name, address, telephone numbers, and email address,
  • nature and amount of donation, and
  • sizes of their estates and beneficiaries.

Should a donor request to remain anonymous, Heart of Oklahoma Council will honor the request to the extent possible considering all legal filing requirements, including those of the newly revised Internal Revenue Service Form 990.
