Ashley has been associated with Camp Fire for twenty-eight years. She started as a member in 1992 and graduated with her Wo-He-Lo award in 2005. As an alumnus, she became a Camp Fire volunteer and has spent many years leading her own groups. In 2016, Ashley joined the Camp Fire staff as a project facilitator for the “Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead” outreach program in the Ardmore area. She has five children, Jaden, Michael, Katelynn, Keaira, and William.

Ashley says she enjoys working with Camp Fire because it is a family-oriented organization. “I was lucky to find my Camp Fire spark when I was young. Growing up in Camp Fire, my parents and brother were always involved in every step of the way. Once I had children of my own, I realized I wanted them to have the same amazing experience I had as a child. Camp Fire was the obvious choice.”
