Daily Activities in Your Backyard

Morning Sparks

ALL CAMP – LIVE Monday through Friday at 9:30 am

Camp staff members lead a webinar-style gathering were they lead songs with our teen leadership, perform skits, share riddles, and more. This is a fun energetic way to start off each day of your camp adventure!

Each day will include time for activities from your Camp-In-A-Box. Your box arrives at your door with the unique supplies needed for the week’s schedule plus access to our Online Camp Portal with videos guiding each activity, craft and game. Your camper’s first box includes their camp t-shirt, a wooden name tag kit, and a friendship stick kit in addition to their activity packets. Subsequent boxes will contain new activities for each additional week your camper is enrolled.

Campfire Circles

Campers join their Camp Counselors to play games and do activities together online. Each group will have an assigned time they meet each day to interact and learn more about each other and make friends. Campers will do activities that will challenge them to work together from their homes and communicate with one another. Most importantly, campers will have fun! CATs and Counselor Aides will have the opportunity to guide some of these discussion groups.

Discovery Time

Head to the Online Camp Portal for this portion of the day. Choose from a menu of counselor-led activities designed to help kids find their Spark and discover new things. Try Makerspace @ Home with Bearfoot, Learning Art with a local artist, The Science of Music with Skittles, Friday Fitness, and many more. The overall goal is to help kids learn something new by introducing them to engineering, music, art, physical activity, and other topics. CAT campers will develop their own project to complete during the week.

Afternoon Embers

ALL CAMP – LIVE Monday through Friday at 2:30 pm

This is an opportunity for campers to share what they learned each day and what they are taking away from their time at camp at home. They’ll begin with a large group of campers and counselors in an online meeting and divide into age-based breakout groups with staff to discuss their day and their growth.
